haha damn! we did like 10 runs on my car literally but i didnt get a chance to print any of them out since so many ppl were there for dyno's n such... but it looked like low hp everywhere and from what the tuner says, its off by about 30hp from what he normally gets (240-250hp) and it just happens to fall flat on its face after 4800rpm. it would be a 91 octane tune since i live in california.

gosh i dont have a printout with me but the A/F Ratio was right around 12.8 and when we reset the computer and it was higher than 14, it still gave the same hp...

here is a thought, since it is a custom chip, if the battery on a LS1 is not at 12 volts, the computer will not accept the tune, maybe its something JUST with an LS1, or maybe its a pretty common issue, check the voltage in the battery. just throwing that out there, good luck!

look into it, I just watched an episode of horsepower tv with the "LS Gun", lol, and he said the comp would not accept the changes if 12 volts werent present, which they found out the hard way, as you may have done...

Jeed, you got AAA?

Call them up and ask them to bring a battery technician...they'll send him out for free, and you don't need to go anywhere. I did that when I blew my alternator. It's worth a free shot...I think he might be onto something here.
