SMF generally holds warrenty for 3 months on some jobs and on major ones 1 year (i believe anything hardline is 1 yr but dont quote me; hard line is anything in drivetrain)

if they dont fix it and give you the run around, im making a trip up to GTR in ontario, these guys are THE BEST local mustang guys, that is all they work on. whenever me and my buddy are to lazy or dont want to do a really intense job we go there and he is going on wends to get a panhard bar installed so
if youd consider going there i can give you a ride on wends.

otherwise GL with RSM, been to them and they suck a$$, unless you have an important name behind you i noticed they like to drag a$$ on half their work.

I'm not lying about anything to them that I said in this thread, so what am I scared of?

It doesn't matter what happens to the car, the damn plugs should stay where they are if Ford installed them correctly! They know how mad I am!

But for the sake of it, I'll edit it out...you just scared me a little, Dan. LOL.

That does suck, at least its not something like a broken rod or something. Get the beater and let the mustang sit while u save up for some heads, cams, and intake. I also hate Ford dealerships, when my intake cracked they replaced it, but never replaced plugs, or wires or anything which the coolent fried. They said they test drove it and it was fine. I start it up and proceed to drive off the lot and it still runs like crap on like 6 cylinders. I will never take my car to another Ford dealership...EVER

+1, especially pat and dan delbalso ford, they left my car sit out int there 2 inch to 2 inch alley, got a good 40 dings and dents from that fiasco
