Pennzoil Synchromesh... Anybody use it?
I heard pennzoil synchromesh makes the tr 3650 shift pretty good? Anyone tried this oil and know how it works? If not, what should I be putting in it, with the weather cooling down it's getting hard to hit 2nd, I want to change to a better oil before doing anymore damage if I can.
Thanks

Yes all last year.... I thought my trans was breaking, after a few weeks it would start shifting hard... I decided to go back to regular fluid and it went away....

I don't know about your 3650, but in my t-45 It was horrible. The moment I put regular fluid back in though it was fine. I actually thought I was loosing fluid so every few weeks I'd add a half a quart.... To my amazement, when I drained it, there was almost twice as much as needed. So I swaped out the fluid again still using synchromesh. Again every few weeks it would be hard to shift into gears, like my synchros were going out. I changed my fluid about every 2 months for the entire year. I even got a new trans waiting for the day mine finally took a ****. Then I didn't have the extra to spend and just used regular trans fluid. It was like a miricle from God. It shifted into every gear like it was a mommas boy coming home to mommy after a long trip. I had that fluid in for about another month when I decided go go home for vacation (california) from michigan. I drove it all the way there drag raced every night for 2 weeks and drove all the way home. I've been back 2-3 months and I still hav ethat same fluid in the trans...
