Mach 1 / Cobra

RE: Mach 1 / Cobra
i would take a mach1 over an early cobra. i would take an 0304 cobra over either of those. the 03 04 cobras are forged from the factory while the other 2 are not. you can put a blower on either the early cobra or the mach but their potential is less than the termi until the engine is forged obviously. i would not pay 22grand for a stock mach1 either. guy at me shop paid 24g's for a 500rwhp termi with 20-30k miles on it. i wouldnt pay much more than 15k for a stock mach1/99-01 cobra.

RE: Mach 1 / Cobra
The 5spd Machs have a forged crank because the redline is set at 6800rpm,and the auto Machs have a cast crank and a 5800rpm rev limit.I would get into why the have different rev-limits, but that would probably ge this thread wayyy off subject

That's what I read too. Last time I brought it up, a few guys didn't agree since alot of them are spinning there auto GTs over 6k. Ford must of figured it would create to many warranty repairs.

Has a few miles on it, but theres a few termies for just 2-4g more than you're willing to pay for that mach...... check it out, think it out....

RE: Mach 1 / Cobra
21k is WAY too much for a Mach. I just paid 22k for my Cobra. I wouldn't pay more than about 18k for a Mach. If you can afford 21k, then you can afford another 1-2k and get a Terminator.
And man, 97tplsGT, wrap that link up in a short title (just hit the link button and paste the link and the title). It's even stretching my 1920x1200 resolution screen for a mile.
