Default TKO reverse problem

Well, I just got my TKO 500 installed at a local tranny shop, and they found that reverse does not work. It freaking sucks.... Is there any hints as to how to get it working? Any little quirks that TKO's require to get going? I'm going to call D&D monday to see what my options are for getting a new one in... hopefully they will reimburse for all the labor it took to get it uninstalled, shipped, and reinstalled. If not, I will not be too happy at all. I would hate to have to pay $5-600 bucks for a brand new transmission that doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated, although I'm pretty sure that I'll be shipping this tranny back.

I had a similar problem with my shift forks. At WOT, it would lock me out of 3rd gear 8 outta 10 times. Called Tremec and they were aware of the problem and shipped replacement shift forks and payed for some of the labor. Give Tremec a call and tell em' your problem!
