Default Under drive pullies?

Do these make a noticable difference? Im sick of spending money on mods that dont do ****? Do they rob the alternator of enough power to run a sub amp 300w rms?

noticeable, some.. not a whole lot.. They won't bother your system.. But with anything, you're not going to get much from bolt-ons a these small displacement motors.. For the $200, I would do a used PI intake and all the extras needed to swap it over.

+1, PI swap is the first thing you should have done, you'll get a nice power gain for not much $ if you look around.
