If you just get down there and do it it is pretty self explanitory. Take out the stock and put in the new. There is like 10 nuts to loosenper side in the front (lug nuts 5, brake caliper 2, top strut nut 1, lower strut bolts 2) and in the back there are 8 (lug nuts 5, top shock nut 1, lower shock bolt 1, lower quad shock bolt 1) The springs you just pull out and put the new ones in. When you get done you will wonder why anybody would pay someone $500 to do it for them its so easy.

If your doing that for the first time, please be careful of the spring and let it out slowly. It can hurt quite a bit if it decrompresses a bit too quickly.
