i got a quote to get my gears installed for $250 and new instal kit with everything for $89 (since my car has 65,000 miles on it) at a place called CJ's PONY PARTS in PA

I got mine for $220.00 and cal, I think it is a good price, they sure do make a difference.

I paid $400 for the gears installed, new bearings, new crush sleeve, etc....

In other words, that's a good price. Do eeeeet! Sell the ring and pinion and get 4.56's or at least 4.10's though. With a 5 speed, why not?

they are 373s and i called to set up an appointment and they asked so do you want to bring it in tomarrow. But i don't have off for awhile so i am getting them done on March 22nd.............thanks for your help guys

p.s. it does not include re-cab of speedo....that is why i am ordering a predator

Go for it dude...i've gotten 3 quotes from 3 shops for 3.73s including recalibration, $400, $450, and $475.

mine cost me $600 for everything. that includes the calibration for my speedo. if i didn't get it calibrated, it would have been $500. may as well get them to do it since the speedo cal costs $100 to buy yourself anyway.
