O/R H pipe

O/R H pipe
I live in New Mexico.....wanted an o/r H pipe on my car...and have no idea if it is illegal or not...anyone know?....when running emissions all they check is smog and computer.

If you have to pass emissions you won't pass with an o/r h pipe. You need to have cats to pass.

Ah. I live in Jersey too. Everything is no good here. Oh well. And o/r means off road which means not for use on public roads.
