nope, the bellhousings are different and i think you need a different driveshaft

don't bother trying to yank one out of a cobra. it's a tremmec T-56, similar to the ones in the vette viper and camaro/firebirds. some internal gear ratio differences. they offer direct T56 swaps, they run about 2500 dollars for the kit. that would probably be cheaper and easier than trying to find a donor from a cobra, then trying to make it work.
