Default Eaton M90 Supercharger?

Hey, i have a 2003 GT, and i want to supercharge it(Yay!).Its mostly stock, just has an SLP LM1Catback.
i have found a couple of cheap Eaton M90 Blowers, and was wondering if anyone has gotten these to fit the 4.6L 2v's, and what exactly is needed.

the one im looking atright now is off an oldcougar, its just the blower, rebuilt after the car was trashed.
im not looking to put down more than 4-8 PSI, and im looking to doit with less than $2,000 if possible.

i wanna know everything im going to need, and where i can go to get it [links and prices appreciated] -- andand tips on troubles im going to run into would be awesome

--Thanks in advance

It's not worth it, if its even possible. I don't know about GT's (which I think it might not even be possible). But for the V6's you have to be singleport in order for it to work and once you do that you only gain like 70 horses from it. For those of us with split port sixxers we have to go from split to single which drops us back like 40 or so hp and then we go back up 70 for a gain of only 30.

So its not worth it, and I know you respond better to mods, but I don't even think you can put an M90 on there since they were used on the 3.8L V6's.

unfortunetly, when it comes to superchargers you get what you pay for (for the most part) and $2000 just isnt going to cut it... My suggestion is to save some more money until you get to at least double that then start looking.

whoah... slow down there dude... I wouldnt get too excited about that thread....Keep in mind that so called $1500 install does not include the head unit or supporting mods....As I am sure that any person who IS supercharged will tell you... The amount you think things cost and the amount they actually cost once it's being installed are two completly different things... It always costs more then you think when installing a supercharger... for example I don't see fuel injectors..fuel pump.. MAF... spark plugs...or install and tuning costs (if you are having a shop install it)on that list. and that is just from me glancing at it. You might save a little bit of money by piecing it together like that but 1) you need to know what you are doing to piece a kit together and 2) when all is said and done it's still going to cost you a lot more then 2k trust me.
