My alternator was bad, too. I finally replaced it. It got worse when it was cold.

HAH!!!! Found it! It was the A/C compressor! I wanted to get rid of it anyways so heres my chance.

Whats weird is that it sounded like it was coming from all of them![sm=wtf.gif]

Anyone know where I can get an A/C delete pulley kit for cheap?

I've replaced my idler pulley and my whole tensioner mechanism twice because of the squeaks. All under warranty but still its annoying. Every damn ford with a 4.6 ive seen does the same crap

Do you think I should just go ahead and replace the pulleys with a UDP system since I'm going to be in there? Summits got a generic one for $100. Does anyone have experience with these?

John
If you have no intention of getting blown, go ahead. Get Steedas or March with internal dampeners. DO NOT buy those.

Keep in mind they won't solve the noise issue.....
Hmmmm....I have been entertaining the idea of Supercharging it. Then you would suggest NOT UDPing the motor if this is the case? Why? How will this affect the Supercharger?
