how much boost can i run on a 96 gt engine with forged crank, forged h beamrods, forged pistons, patriot stage 3 heads, comp 274 h cams, stainless steel valves, camsprings, full exhaust. im going to stay away from the spray i guess and go formore power all the time. 3.73's if it makes a difference too

Build your engine with an 8.5 compression ratio and you can run around 20 lbs of boost on93 octane.

You arn't really going to tune for boost, your going to tune for max power out of the octane your running. In other words, it doesn't matter how much boost you run, it matters how much power you make.

And not every blower is going to make xxx boost with xxx setup. Just because its rated at say 20 PSI doesn't mean it has the CFM to do so.

well just because its rated at 20psi doesnt mean it does it efficiently, it may just be blowing more heat at that point.
