Yup, but there is Saleens based off of the Cobras that have a superchaged 4v.

Really i did not no they had a 4v sc out there, i was thinking they only had the 2v sc.

Actually the Saleen's are just GT's with Saleen after market parts and SC added. You can special order the 4v model.

Yep, S281 and S281SC motors are the same except the things you mentioned on the S281SC andthe factory underdrives on the NA S281.



They made 11 Saleen Cobras in 2003 and 18 Saleen Cobras in 2004 off the 4 valve Cobra platform.

A guy use to post on the Saleen subsection that bought one (a 2003 I think) with the BASF Rainbow color option. Great looking car......Saleen wheels, ground effects, they kept the Cobra hood and Cobra interior.

They made 100 Saleen Cobras fom 1994 to 2001.

Speaking of Saleens, I cruised thru dealership last night and at first glance thought I was witnessing a 2008 Mach 1. It was clearly a Saleen since they don't make Machs anymore and it has SALEEN written across the windshield (which I think is tacky). It had a Mach 1 Shaker hood, red paint with black spoiler, black trim,everything but the Mach wheels. I didn't get out to look at the interior since it was raining. Basically, it looked just like a red Mach 1 in a 2008 body. Anybody seen this before or have specs?
