WTF? He said there friends and don't want to screw each other. I wouldn't have a problem paying $6000 for that car. You can part it out for more than that
And as far as the swap pull the motor out with the engine wiring harness still on it plug it into the firewall, pull the ECM plug it into it spot. Get Radiator hoses off Cobra because it has a different setup. Put key in start it and floor it. It should be a pretty easy swap if you havea donor car.

Is it totalled? If not, why not just redo the Cobra?? But if you wanna swap out the engine in your car, unless you do the labor yourself you'll have to remember to add in the expensive labor charges.

the car is bent up bad the rocker is rolled in to the seat he wanted to fix it but the body shop said it would take about 350 hours to fix the floor right at $70.00 a hour could buy a 03 for the price of that

Ehh! I think 5 sounds right! I mean if i had totalled my ride and didnt plan on fixing it or anything, the next best thing i could think of doingwould be tosell it cheap to a friend or family member!

but I'm tryna find someone that'll buy me a slp lm irs catback, give me their irs, and coilovers.In return I'll give them the heavy duty TA, phb, and extreme duty lca, slp lmI catback, and my front and rear coilovers heh... I'm still 50/50 on if I wanna toss the sra=/

of u do buy it you also have the full interior of that cobra that you could part out, body parts that arent damaged( the 01 cobra front bumpers are really rare now, same with the tailights) and you have the irs you can swap or sell. you can sell your 2v and swap it out with the 4v, you have the full harness for the 4v also so it would be a little easier. if you have the time and the patiences, look at it as an investement.
