if your going to boost the car you might want to change the pistons, it would be wise to anyways.

your gonna need the front timing cover, timing chain kit, front cobra accesories, extend your wiring harness, and when your done all that your compression ratio is gonna be like 8:1 without swapping the pistons out. kind of a lot of hassle.

best way to do it is find a wrecked 03/04 cobra and pull all the stuff out of it. thats just my opinion.

Thats easier said than done, people sell complete cobra engine pullouts with the blower for around 8k

You could make it "like" a Cobra, but not a Cobra. There are lots of differences. Your fuel tank, pump, all kinds of stuff other than the top of the motor. For what you would spend on doing that, you could really make a 2v go. There are more and more parts for 2v engines now and you can make more power from a 2v than you will need. I have a 2000GT, s/c'd, all forged lower end, tuhduh, tuhduh, tuduh. It makes about 420rwhp and runs a 12.0 at 115-117mph. You can do what it takes to make that happen before you can morph into a stock 4v which will not keep up with what I just described. Think building up your 2v. Just a thought.
