Just a question,

What if you already have the HID assembly (08 Mustang with HID Lights), is there anyway to make them brighter? From some of your post it sounds like you can replace them with a brighter bulb...?

that may not be completely true. I don't know if going from 3000k to 12000ktakes more voltage to light the bulb or not. If it does, then if you go to a brighter HID bulb then you'll need different balasts. I would definetly check with a company that does HID stuff and see what they say.

The brightest i've seen is 22000k which is ridiculously bright, illegal actually! I know thats not what you're looking for, so i'd suggest a set of 8000k dual headlight and single foglights from the website MustangMan00 posted! Good quality!

Just so you know, this comes directly from vvme.com but all sellers of HIDs usually have this:

"These kits are not street legal for use on public roads as they are. As a result, we officially endorse the kit for exhibition and off-road use and will only sell the kit to be used for these purposes. We are not responsible for customers who violate the terms of sale in which they will assume all responsibilities for any unauthorized or unintended use other than exhibition or off-road use."

Also, if you install them into regular halogen headlamp assy they will not be able to be adjusted propery and will blind oncomming traffic. If you are going to do HIDs you should get an entire headlight assy for HIDs. Just my 2 cents.
