Default ticking noise diagnosed....

I took my car to rodman ford up near gillette stadium home of the pats for those of you not in new england, and they claim the ticking noise was my timing chain, so they are going to replace the guides, tensions, and the chains. Long story short my warranty company sucks so they don't want to cover a dime of it, But at least the noise will be gone well at least i hope. [>:]

actually its been seeming to be more of a common problem around here lately. If you search like ticking noise on this forum there is a bunch of posts. They quoted me 1200 to do it, and i think my warranty is best choice or first choice or suttin its an aftermarket warranty and they blow. They said the problem wasn't bad enough yet for them to pay for. I just wanted it fixed so i said **** it and payed the 1200.
