Hey Peeps,

So my question is about a 2000 GT AT Conv. This is my stepmoms car so keep in mind that i havce no real first-hand exp w/ the prob cuz ive been at school lately(ya know???). Anyway...

Symptoms:
1. Takes several tries to start the car
2. Sputtering/spitting sound coming from rear
3. Car may cut-off on the road
4. Ill ask her for some more detail as soon as i can

So any help on what this problem could be would be sooooo appreciated

BTW i have been reading thru this forum and I'm thinkng it MIGHT be theIAC valve but i may be wrong...

clean the IAC Valve definatly....also if the car has had a dead battery or been unconnected recetnly...the comp needs some time to relearn...but if not...clean the valve should take care of it
