got any recommendations? im looking to get my suspension setup installed in a few months just for the street, prolly wont be seein the track

subframe connectors might not be a bad idea, my friend got them and his rattles went away for the most part

Any recommendations for subframe connectors that can be installed by bolting versus welding in?

No they need to be welded to work properly, i recommend ford c = springs or steeda 1.5" drop springs, those with macpherson struts and shocks (gas) and blue oval (ebay) subframes and strut tower braces will take your car from noodle frame, to track ready
