anybody know if it is better to port and polish and all the fun stuff to the stock heads and run those or should i just go aftermarket heads..i dont remember where but i read on a forum that someone made like 600whp on stock ported and what not heads....anybody think that this is true??

Not n/a on a 2v that's for sure. It can be done with FI.(forced induction) Patriot Performance has cheap heads that won't break the bank too bad. The problem with getting your head done are the down time and finding a place that will do them properly(must be CNC machined) Your better off selling your stockers and just picking up some new ones already done up. Stage2 with Stage 2 cams and a good tune, you'll be about 300rwhp the biggest port and polish isn't necessarily gonna give you better results. It can actually hurt you. Stage 2 heads for n/a street is all I would do. If you want big jump in numbers, pick up a set of 32v cobra/mach heads. You can pick up a used set and send them out to get done, but your gonna pay more.
