im almost pretty damn sure i just f'ed up my synchros in my brank new tko600 has anyone ever done this..what can cause this in a bullet proof tranny...

hmmm i am not really sure why its grinding in 3rd... Is the clutch backwards? Let me know wen u find out because i am getting a tko 600 with miconite gears. basically microniting the gears is making them stronger.

Hmmm I have a TKO600 been in for like 6 months now.. No Problems.... rev grinds sometimes(gotta go in 1stgear FIRST) and each gear is kinda loud

i my TKO500 does it when i shift really fast, i think its the synchros not being able to align fast enough.

im pretty sure you have to rev match the tkos, I dont believe they are as forgiving as tremecs, but thats also why so many people junk up 3650s

+1 mine does the exact same but only going into 2nd. pretty sure its the synchro

My TKO 500 had a problem when I first installed. When going WOT from 2nd to 3rd it would completely lock you out of 3rd. Come to find out it was an issue with the shift lugs. Long story short, Tremec sent me upgraded shift lugs for free to fix problem

mine lets me go in with no problem.. the grinding isnt even preventing me from going in.. but its there and its annoying... and its only at WOT... anything else goes in like a champ.. i called some people i know and they said just slam it in there even harder... what do you mean is ur clutch backwards?
