Default Computer question for 800+HP

At the motor I'm hopeing to get 800+hp. I have seen other cars in mags with the same set up I'll have with one thing diffrent here where I have something diffrent there and they are making in the 900's, but I'm not going to get my hopes up that high.
I'm trying to get an idea as to what kind of computer system I should run with stock cpu or stand alone. I do want goo driveability on the street and to pass inspection, hopefully.
Any comments will help so much! Thanks guys![/align]

I haven't seen many/any people running standalones, unless you work at MM&FF...

Seriously, cobras are making 800+ on the stock computer systemand tune, and there are a couple shops with TT ford GT setups making 1000+ and using the stock computer with a dumped tune. I don't see it being a problem.

Stand alone systems are for pros not average joe. They are for the guys that know how to tune their own cars. You can make over 1000 hp by tuning the stock ecu.
