aight guys a little help plz i ordered my xtra keyless entry control from ebay and they gave me the insructions. it has like 5 diff steps but i cant get past the 1st one. it instructs you to put the key in and turn the switch on 8times and end in run within 10 seconds, and it should enter progamminf mode by locking and unlocking the doors but its not doin it so if anyone know i would appreciate the help thanks, my car is a 2000 gt

i bought a keyless entry about a month ago and did off on 8times and on the 8th one leave it on run...my doors did lock and unlock then you grab your keyless remotes and hit the unlock button on all the ones your have..cause if you have an exsisting one it wont work nomore unless you hit a button...GL

After you hit the unlock button on the remotes, wait like 30 seconds and the door locks will cycle again. Then the new remotes should be ready to use.

upgrade to a viper or something. Factory keyless entry let someone break in my car last week and get a thousand dollars worth of stereo equipment that i had for less than a week. Not really on topic with your questions but had to vent a little bit. Sorry!!
