Just pull the mid pipe off and use a stick to press it all out and put it back on. Then crank your car and rev it up a few good times and the rest should push out. You may have a little rattling till it all is out though.

how hard is to get the mid pipe off? and will this help my performance at all? i dont have the money to be throwing into the exhaust so i was looking for ways to get the most outta my car while spending the least. i mean i still have to get my dam* diablo ship burnt and installed.

Just soak the bolts is WD40 for an hour or so and it should come out easy. You do realize that you have SIX cats, right? Or is it four? Im having second thoughts now. LOL

well you probably wont be able to feel the difference but you will see it in the quarter mile. It will also liven up the sound.

i don't think you'll like the sound with the holled cats, but the x pipe install shouldn't be that expensive for someone with a lift.

Well if you got the jack stands and a jack then the install of a new one is just as easy as taking the old one out. All you need is some deep well sockets and a couple boxed in wrenches and it will go right in. If I had it all over to do I would have done it myself. Ive dropped my exhaust a couple times since I had it installed and couldnt believe how easy it is to drop the catback and midpipe. The LT headers are a different story. lol
