if it's under warranty, take it to Ford and have them fix it. no sense in paying to fix something when you can have someone else fix it for free, right?

I payed a lot more than that on my GT without a warranty. It may not be free, but it is a hell of a lot cheaper.

i was just saying to not blindly take it to ford until he has an idea whats wrong with it, it could be nothing or it could be bad, i dont really know....i just know that warranty work is not free and didnt want him to go there thinking it was...now my moms mazda had something go wrong, i cant rememebr what it was but she took it in for the check engine light and the warranty work was free but she had to pay 3 dollars for parts...so maybe it depends on the dealership

and i dont know if this would be right or not, but could it be from the ac/heat? in the summer if i ever use the a/c my car is always wet under the hood

also, is it water? my valve covers leaked oil... if thats the case i would take it in for warranty and have them replace the gasket, it isnt hard to do, but why not let them do it for you

i think its water, its not oil, it has no smell, is this something i should be worried about? and for the dealer to fix it, it would be a 100 deductible and everything else is free,

I've notice the same thing on mine but nothing bad has happened for 6 months now. I think it might just be excess oil coming from the valve's through the the little return we have that goes to the air intake. I dont think its a big deal but I could be wrong. Do you put in 6.5 quarts of oil like i do? i'm gunna try only 6 next time cuz it might be too filled.

Just my 2 cents , im not a mechanic, and I dont know what I'm talkin about so plz dont rip me one lol just a thought.....

i guess it may depend on the dealership, cause when i had a few things fixed under warranty i didn't have to pay anything.
