Default vortech question

ok i have a 97gt with a vortech s trim and one line looks to be high pressure the feed line braided . now the return to the sump is not and is wet and leaking oil either the fitting on the top from the unit or the bottom near the pan or both . This was on the car when i bought it and was not leaking until a month later now how hard is it to get that line or both lines replaced so i have no oil leak and no loss of pressure ..And last what should the oil pressure be at when running norm. at 160. mine drops to like 25lbs from a start of 70lbs or so ..I have a digital oil pressure gauge not sure of the brand but is programmed to blink when it drops below 40lbs and goes to spelling low pressure when it drops to 20 or lower . if the warning settings are correct then i should leave them at the programmed setting if not what should the warning pressure be set at ..hope that makes sense it is late and time for me to check out ...thanks in advance ...
