i was gonna say if you were going drag car i have a 560ci engine for sale. but for that i would go with http://www.tonisenterprises.com/faster5.0/ford308.html we just put it in out '95. It is a nice set up. plenty of power and then throw a 150shot on there for fun and you will be set.
Now if i get that from the website, am i going to need to basically change everything on my engine to make things fit, or will the stock parts bolt right up to that?

your still going to need the 94-95 k member to have that bolt up, but im telling you there is no replacement for displacement. if they have a 331, 347 i would run with that. it seems like a very solid build on that 308.

now when we did this swap it was in a '95 with a 5.0 so we had the headers, alternator, a/c, powersteering pump, and k-member ect... you might want to make sure the bell housing on your trans with bolt up to a 5.0 block.
We went with a carb on ours. so we needed: Carb(we went with a 500 holy double pumper), intake(we went with a victory jr.), MSD ignition, MSD distributor, new fuel lines(to carb), fuel pressure regulator. and i think that was it, if i think of anything else i will let you know. If you call and talk to the guy he does have additional components that he can ad to the motor.
