I ended up drilling it out from both sides.
If you have a torch capeable of melting the old bushing, that would be easyest.

 

its deff a PITA i couldnet get the last bolt that connects the CA to the sway bar had to take it to a shop to get the **** out for me but when your done and take it for a test drive the rear feels a lot firmer...

Thanks AZ Snake. I wishI would have seen this sooner though. I just paid $9.50 for a (1)LCA bolt from the ford dealership. Latemodelrestoration.com wanted $31.00 for a set of 4 WTF..... they are just bolts!
