the thing is i was playing around with a stock charger the other day and i couldnt pick up any speed because my engine was bogging so would a retune be necessary or do i just need to keep my attention on fuel?

the previous owner said that it could require a new tune and a new dyno when he dynoed it was at 360rwhp and 370rwtq so and he ran a 12.3 on the 1/4 so i don;t understand why im not running to my expectations

For a while there I was having a problem like that when I would clean off the engine or drive through puddles of water. Water was getting into the MAF meter harness and making my car feel like it was running on 7 cylinders. You really need gauges to help you resolve your problem. I think my fuel psi reads 30psi @ idle. I would look into a dyno run, see how much it would cost. At least then you can see your car's air fuel ratio. It should float around 11.

so the previous owner was running the same setup and had no problems, right? it could be any of a number of things, keep an eye on your a/f ratio, you might just need a new tune. you might also check into ignition problems. have you looked at the spark plugs? are the stock coils still on there, or have they been replaced?

I know this may sound silly but do you have traction control on when you give it gas and it bogs. When I nail the gas without taking tc off my car bogs bad.

Yea the previous owner had no problems what so ever and im not sure about the coil springs i will check that today, im bringing it to the guy that does my work and getting it redynoed and he will tell me if it needs a new tune which im assuming it does. To answer obsequious's question traction control is on but i dont punch it and it still bogs
