Im running 42lb injectors and a new maf but all my friends are telling me its either fuel delivery or a ****ty tune? PLz help

I have a procharger 10psi on my 03 gt and every now and then while I'm driving when I punch the gas there is nothing for like a second then it responds. It never did it stock. Its nothing I'm worried about. Do you have gauges like boost and fuel pressure.

I've been running 10 psi intercooled on a stock bottom end for over a year now. My only trouble is trying not to break my 315/35/17's loose in 3rd gear.

I had my car dyno tuned, to be "safe", I left it @ 380rwhp 375rwtq. I was told I had more to go but I was worried about my STOCK bottom end.
