3.90's are great for a regular daily driver...that's what I have and I'm very pleased with them. Don't have much use for 1st gear though.

75 mph is right around 2500 rpm if I remember correctly, and 80 is right around 2,800 rpm. I usually cruise around 60 mph though, and only turn about 2,000 rpm at that speed.
However, on the road trip I went on where I got 22 mph, I was cruising right around 80 mph the whole time.

I have 4.10s in my built, full bolt on, full suspension, drag radial wearing 04 gt and my only regret is that I didn't get 4.30s. I launch at 3200 rpms and have no tire spin.

+1 mustangman, are you sure you have 3.73s? Did you recalibrate your speedometer when they were installed? The previous owner put in 3.73s on my car and took out his handheld when he traded the car so my speedometer was off. Now that the speedometer is right I'm running 2200-2300 rpm at 70 and around 2500 at 75. The tach doesn't read a lot of difference in fifth. The next time your on the highway drop down to fourth and get up to 80. With 3.73s the tach should be dead on 3900 rpm. I believe it 3400 for 3.27s.
