Default Excessive valve train noise?

Hey I just fired my car up after the cam install and the passenger side valve train is louder than the drivers. We found that there was water in the oil, due to me not cleaning up well enough after the radiator hose dumped some coolant into the motor. So that could be part of the noise, so im gonna flush it out with fresh oil, is there anything else I could check?

I installed my CompCams (278AH) and my valvetrain was noiser than stock. I was told this was pretty common for cammed 4.6's. I have 2002 GT. One thing did happen to me that nobody had heard of , one of my cam followers broke right in half. Sounded like a stick a dynamite every time that cylinder would try an fire. Other than that it may be a little noiser than stockers, but it certainly was worth it above 3000 rpm to 7000!
