well that was a useless upgrade. but seeing as you already have them might as well put them on.
yeah you do have to tune for them if that wasent obvious.
running rich can kill ur cats and/or o2 sensors if you do it for too long.

oh and if you do go with f/i ur gunna need bigger than 24lb injectors... laff.

That was pretty useless to buy injectors. Now you have to pay for a tune just so you can use them. An SCT tuner can not adjust for injector changes. You will get 0 hp gain from adding bigger injectors. Even if you were to do everything possible to increase airflow into your SOHC engine it would never be enough to max out 21lbs injectors. Infact 19lbers would laugh at the amount of air coming in and keep on ticking.

ford didnt someone before you must have installed those the stockers should have been 19 pound orange injectors i believe. if you are running 21 pound injectors and dont have a noticable drivablility problem then you are almost positively already tuned to run on them.
I bought my car new in '03, it came with pink injectors, not orange.

01 1/2+ cars come with the 21 pnd/hr injectors, instead of the 19s.

With the OP's boltons you are nowhere near the level where you need 24s or bigger. Leave your stockers in and sell the 24s on ebay, you wasted your money.

I was making 280 WHP thru full boltons + cams and the stock 19s were nowhere near max, let alone 21s.

Also, as stated above, TURN OFF YOUR CAPS LOCK
