Tuner/inspection question.
I have a 2002 GT with a mac o/r H. I recently installed bbk mils to get rid of the CEL. Long story short, the cel comes back on within 30 miles. I went to autozone, and the code is p0430. Which is catalyst system efficiency below threshold abnk 2. If i cant get the mils to work, im considering a tuner. Will the tuner send an "everythings ok" signal to the Computer, or will it just disable the rear o2 sensors?
When i get an inspection(the guy doesnt look under the car or any of that b.s) what will the obd II read if i have a tuner erase the code? In Massachusetts, i believe you allowed 1 "not ready" and still be able to pass emissions.

I had a P0113 ( intake air temp. to hot ) once when I installed a larger MAF that didn't have the temp. sensor built in it. My tuner could erase the code but it kept comming back on until I fixed it. I hear alot of people saying their mil eliminators are setting off the CEL. ??
