best cheap power adder?
a kid I went to school with just got a 01 trans am ls1. Got me thinking i add a lil more power to the stang any suggestions on a good power adder thats in the 300 dollar range??? whats the best bang for my buck basically...

best and cheap dont go hand in hand.....
you're not going to be running a very effective or safe nitrous system for only 300 bucks. Just man up, admit that the LSx motors will spank your 4.6 for the time being, and save up for either a full nitrous setup or a supercharger...
if you race at the track and its entirely based off of launching, you're best immediate bet is going to be a set of gears, real sticky tires, and a severe driver mod

I have no problem admitting the LS1 will kill my pretty much stock GT. I'm not sure I'm to keen on doing nitrous in my car to much risk of something going wrong. Ok if the price limit is not 300 what besides a supercharger will i notice the most power gain from?
