i think i saw an adapter once that youthread into the spark plug hole to pressurize the cylinder and keep the valve up while replacing the spring. i'll see if i can find a link

on these cars its gonna be harder, but yes it can be done...

yea they have a deal that threads into the spark plug hole that hooks to your shop air to keep the valves up...

this is much much easier on the old pushrod motors, but can be done on these mod motors... personally id just pull the heads off

not tough at all, just time consuming. you need this..

and the spark plug adapter (plus various wrenches/sockets for removing the spark plugs/intake/valve covers etc).

This isMUCH easier than pulling the head.
