Check the throttle body return spring and linkage for binding.
Loose vaccum hose.

Seeing as it happened when you punched it, I would say the linkage is binding.

Also check and clean the IAC .

Your not driving this car around after just slapping on the blower and dumping in a tune without checking it on a dyno are you? If so.... were gonna see a "supercharger blew up my engine" post any minute.

On the throttle, sounds like you pinched or bent some linkage and its sticking. Turn the car off, open the hood, and manually move the throttle open/closed to see where and how its sticking.

so did you, or did you not get the car tuned? if you're going ***** to walls with just a mail order tune, don't expect your motor to last very long.

Also dont go ***** to the wall without having 1/4 or more tank of gas, under a quarter tank the SVT Focus pump can't handle it and I've thrown those p190 codes before.

Get your can dyno'ed, its well worth the cash.
