to be honest. 400 bucks labor from a dealership isnt that bad and they will have all the proper ford tools to set them up correctly, plus you can also bitch and moan and probably get a couple of coupons for oil changes or something

go buy your own bearing/install kit for $80, then take it to a transmission shop. thatll run ya about $170ish.

All of the shops where I live wont do it for less than 450,and the ford dealers wont do it at all.Some places are going to be cheaper but I wasnt willing to drive 65 miles just so Id have to drive back again and again.
