how much boost are you pushing? Increase the boost.

Do who?
To the OP: remeber that just because an injector can support XXX whp doesn't mean that it is a good idea on a particular setup. You may make say 500 WHP with 42s, but the injector PW would be maxed out etc, causing premature wear etc, not to mention absolutly no cusion etc. at your power level, espcially making that with plenty more RPM to go, I would be looking at 60 lb/hrs, just to make sure you never have to replace them again (unless you get real nuts).

Lizzyfan, is a Boost-a-pump the same as a booster pump? Just want to make sure that I'm not getting my terminology mixed up.

if you check out the ford racing website, there is a list that gives you the approximate hp levels you can run for specific injectors. 42lbs are recommended for about 460hp ( w/force induction.) I know my fuel system is maxing out with my 42s at 483whp (10psi)at 6k rpm. im also running 2 ford gt pumps with a modifidedcobra hat from jdm performance w/ braided lines all the way. so my next thing im going to do is upgrade my inj.
