yes but you will have to get the cobra hood or not there will be a big gap, trust me im almost done with the conversion...

Well i need to get a new hood as well and i couldn't decide what to get.... i guess i know now

Here is a member of another board that I am a moderator on. No gap with this hoodand this is an '01 GT. I know others that use the stock hood with no gap.

Even better, i wanna keep my stock hood then, you don't see many 03-04 cobra bumpers with a stock hood/hood scoop combo

The 03 Cobra bumper also lets alot more air in to your radiator cooling things off. Even better if you get boost with some sort of front mount intercooler. They look sick with the steeda 03 cobra splitter.
I thought I found a pic but now that I look at it, it's an 01 cobra bumper. Looks good nonetheless (though I dont like the grille).
