Default Dumping after midpipe

Has anyone dumped the exhaust right after the midpipe, no mufflers? I am maybe looking to do this w/my o/r h.

Also, anyone know where I can maybe purchase some slp lm1 mufflers cheap. I've been trying to find some used ones, but no luck.

I had some magnaflows dumped with stock h pipe. I was going to go the o/r h route but live in CA and didn't want the hastle. I loved the sound of the dumps, but wanted something louder. The sound level is also a LOT louder in the car with dumps. I have also heard that the gas smell with o/r h and dumps in the car is hideous. Good luck with whatever you do.

Well right now I'm running the o/r h w/glass packs dumped but I was wanting to make it louder.I didn't know it ripping the glasspacks and dumping it closer would make it sounder any louder but have a decent tone to it.

Im going long tube with offroad prochamber and the dumps, i dont know how that will be when i get it done.
