What is a really good programer to go with? My friend has a Predator Programmer and that really brought out the horses.

Well when i heard tuner for a mustang the most common response is the predator so thats gotta tell you something right there. I would go with the predator just because your stock if you want a tuner.

As far as programmers go, the diablo predator is a good one. I really felt a difference with mine.

I only have minor mods done to my car (exhaust CAI, 4.10s) and plan on many more in the future with a custom tune down the road but for now the predator made driving alot more fun.

Personally, I don;t think you can beat it for $400......the factory tune is pretty conservative.
