Mach 1 chin spoiler on 98?

Hey there guys. I saw that allot of places sell mach one chin spoilers and have them listed as 94-04 items... The listing says "fits 94-04". WTF? Does anyone seen what I'm talking about or have any pictures? I have a 98 and I'm curious to see what it would look like...
