My seatbelt doesnt retract all the way...which is really annoying, a friend told me there was a recall on them but i dont really know if thats true. that being said, what do i do if there was a recall on them and does the recall actaully fix the belt being retracted or did they do a recall because of a different problem?

Also.. When i drive my car and theres an uneven part in the road its really hard to control the car, it feels like the car wants to pull to one side or another when going over the rough spots. Any ideas on how to fix this also would be appreciated.

This is what ford stealership told me.
If the seatbelt is SLOW to retract, they don't cover it. Only if the belt DOESN'T retract do they cover it.

On the other question it would help if you let us know what else is done to car. Any lowering or anything? Does the car want to steer itself or what exactly is it doing?
