in my sig. you'll see my mods. i want to install a blower (kenne belle). do i need to have the car dyno tuned? or can i use my handheld tuner i already have? would it safe to add a blower cam?

i'm not quite sure my future plans for this yet but i just someday tear into the motor and add fordged stuff

Always get it tuned when istalling a blower.

a handheld tuner should be enough to get you to an actual tuner but i would not drive on an untuned s/c car... just asking for trouble with your 3k - 4k investment

You will need a custom tune.

KB says on their site you don't need to get it dyno tuned and their tune is more than enough, but i would still take it to a shop.
