I think i have a potential big problem with my tranny? Well, when i press the gas down and then let go 3-5 seconds later it will jerk extremeley hard. More and more it has been doing it, almost everytime i let go of the gas it will jerk couple seconds after? any1 have a clue, is it toast?

Uhhh it might not be your transmission, my brothers Ranger had a similar problem but something just had to be adjusted ( i forget what, not my vehicle so I don't care ) but take it to a shop maybe it's just a quick fix...Then again, it was only a minor lag, this seems more serious from what you've said.
