I would get a set of 15X7 weld drag lites with slicks and if you are not breaking 13's with ease i dont know what to tell you. My car is an 04 and i ran a 13.7 than a 13.5 with about the same mods as you (no rear yet, but next week there will be). But the drag lites are cheap and a very light rim... VERY light...

I actually ordered mine (should be in soon) for my back. The rims cost me about $150 a piece and than i bought a set of slicks from a speed shop in my city.
Thanks for the post, I wish I could just put some new tires on my 18s but it doesn't look like I will be able to. Unfortunately I got the rims before I started really modding my car. [&:]

BF Goodrich makes a 18' drag radial, my buddy has them on his 69 Dart, and he sprays as 100 shot out of the hole and hooks fine on them.

I was on the M/T site and they don't have the drag or street radials in 18s. I was thinking about some Nitto DRs cause they come in 18s. I'm a little unclear about how wide of a radial i can fit on the rims I have now though.
