Default Optima or Duralast

I am debating on getting a new battery. Ive looked into both of the listed batteries, i just need some input if anyone has them in their rides...also i am running the mach 1000 sound system, not sure if that matters or not! Thanks for checking out the post!

Optima FTW. They are a dry cell battery...much safer.

I had the optima yellow top and switched to the duralast red. They are just batteries, and do the same thing. Either one will get the job done for you.

P.S I have had no problems from either and theyboth work great.

Yeah its not like a 4.6L requires a whole lot of CCA. Just buy a damn battery.

If you need to mount the battery sideways, upside down, or inside the passenger compartment... optima hands down no questions. Otherwise Die Hard or Duralast Gold.
