Default Window Problems

I went out the other night and my friend rolled down my passenger window, later that night when i tried to roll it up it would only roll up about half an inch. I spent 30 min messing with it. The next day i took the door panel off and theres a black piece that holds the window in place when u roll it up and down. Ford being the smart people they are used glue to hold the window down into the black piece. So now the window is really messed up i managed to pull it all the way up but its really screwed. What will i have to replace? and what kinda price am i looking at ima have it done at the ford dealership.

Default RE: Window Problems

bro the same thing happend to my stang a month ago... i talked to ford and they wanted a pretty good amount so i went to the auto store and bought some gorilla glue.... cleaned off all the old glue on the mount and filled it with the new glue... then i rolled my window all the way up making sure that the window stayed all the way in the holster and let it dry for 24 hrs without messing with it and it worked like a charm... and i roll my windows down everyday...

let me no if you have any ?'s
